Rebar Coupler Connection

Rebar coupler is most popular to connect rebar in modern building which can save material and energy, high work efficiency, no flame, no pollution and low cost. According to inspection of National Construction Quality Supervision and Testing Center the rebar coupler joint performance has reached JDJ107-2010 standard for the Grade I splicing rebar joint.

There are standard coupler, reducing coupler and right & left thread coupler. Standard Type Coupler is designed to splice rebar with same diameter, and at least one rebar is no limit to rotation and axial movement. Reducing Type Coupler is designed to splice rebar with different diameters. Left-handed & Right-handed Type Coupler is designed to splice rebar for both ends can’t rotate, at least one rebar is no limit to axial movement.
